VALORISATION DES ALGUES VERTES
Lancement d'une filière de valorisation des algues vertes: opportunité ou scandale ? La première bio-raffinerie d'algues vertes en France vient d'être inaugurée à PLENOUAN (29) pour produire des compléments agro-alimentaires. Mais en consommant des algues vertes abondantes et disponibles localement la nouvelle filière industrielle pourrait bien légitimer la pollution aux nitrates.
